Author Marlene Mesot writes contemporary Christian fiction including mystery, suspense, romance, short stories, fantasy and poetry. She has also written a one act play which is bonus material with her novel The Purging Fire.

Christian author Marlene Mesot is a follower of Jesus Christ, has a passion for mystery and believes in inclusion for persons with disabilities. 

"Everyone has abilities and disabilities, ours just stand out more, but we are people too." Mesot explains. 

She also asserts, "Poetry is music in words."

Marlene Mesot, an only child, grandchild and niece from Manchester New Hampshire, and deceased husband Albert, have two sons, two grandchildren and have raised English Mastiff dogs and Morgan horses. Their family now has three male kittens. 

She is legally blind and moderately deaf due to nerve damage at premature birth. Marlene has loved writing since early childhood.

Marlene holds a Bachelor of Education degree from Keene State in Keene, New Hampshire and a Masters in Library and Information Studies from U-NC Greensboro, North Carolina.
